10/22/2023 - Sunday Morning Service - Spiritual LeadershipAt 8 am each Sunday morning we go to a different location usually somewhere in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area. We then put this sermon or service into a production here at McDowell Bible College hopefully by 11 am that Sunday so that it can be posted on this page and in time for the BibleCollegeRadio.org service scheduled. It will also be repeated on the radio at 5 pm and 11pm that Sunday and repeated that next Sunday at 5 am U.S. Central time at Bible College Radio. To view any of these services from previous weeks, just click on the listing on the right column for that Sunday.
If you happen to be near one of the locations listed below, feel free to just show up and attend a service. If held at a park or other outdoor location, you may wish to bring a camping or folding chair with you for your comfort. Everyone is welcome at these services. Always check back on this page after 6 pm Saturday evening before the service to make sure the venue or time has not changed due to weather, etc.
Services are Sunday mornings at 8 am. If rain is predicted Sunday morning at 8 am at the service location listed and it is not a church or other indoor location, the service will be held in our home studio: 800 Park Ln., Fultondale, AL. We will make that determination by checking the weather by 6 pm the night before and will note the change below. So always check back after 6 pm Saturday for the final location. If at the home studio location, text your name and wish to attend the Sunday service to area code 205 number 718-0277 the night before as space is limited at that location. We will respond with availability. Otherwise, just show up to any other location, although bring a camping chair if outdoors.

26th - Railroad Park location postponed to next week and changed to home studio listed above due to rain predicted at 8 am.
26th - Railroad Park, Birmingham, AL near pavilion plaza unless competing event, then near top of hill overlooking east of pavilion.

2nd - East Lake Park at one of the lake pavilions on the lake's south side.
9th - George Ward Park just north of the southwestern parking lot off Green Springs Hwy opposite 20th Ave entrance.
16th - Avondale park at or near the amphitheater.
23rd - Kelly Ingram Park at or near the pavilion.
30th - Dean McDowell will be preaching at Fellowship Baptist Church, 3228 Teresa Dr., Birmingham, AL 35217 near Gardendale, AL.
